If you think an idea is good (first principles eval good) but many people think it's rubbish.

Then it's an awesome situation. You can work in peace - no competition, no regulations, less support and PR (early adopters are patient), small but strong good team (filter cause the idea looks stupid) and hopefully explosive leverage (IP).

Need to improve evaluation + work efficiency + communication. Crazy ideas are awesome. You just need one (some). Revise school for first principles (getting rusty, like BOTEnvelope calc).

Ideas that are not well received may be key to explosive growth. Hope.

Add to PVS too, is generally true with regard to leverage (getting ahead, or atleast general non attraction).
