The biggest pain point, especially when getting starting out with something new.

Code generation helps, but the biggest problem is generalized flow, which are seldom published/acknowledged by companies.

The video (above) is not relevant, to the topic of flows. It may even not be useful, but having a defined* flow for stuff is important.
