Need reliable resources for:

• Browser (general, Chromium)

Goal (to be able to)

• Get intent, discussion
• Get code (snippet)
• Get spec
• Get guidelines
• Get possible security issues
• libs/fmwks that apply as per context - vanilla web, React, React-Native

Current places: MDN, W3C, WhatWG, tc39, canIUse.com
