Used this https://colab.research.google.com/drive/1u1ue_OzqWg6hEDm0HwbQgM9JjRNbif8c#scrollTo=eDQByyNrsyDt mostly with Eric's sequenom table - list_of_targets_v4.txt. The L119V entry was wrong in the sequenom table.
