I've made a quick docs website based on the rna-seq-pop docs. This should automatically be deployed on the gh-pages branch.

Hey @ChabbyTMD

Going to merge this as I'm working more on the ampseeker-results and want to avoid having to merge later. We can make changes to the docs at a later stage.
