Hey @ChabbyTMD @eddUG

I've added a notebook on read quality which directly links to the multiqc, fastp and fastqc reports. Its really cool, you can just navigate straight to them ! :D

I should probably rename it from read-quality or move the multiqc link actually. Fine for now though
