In the past these have been updated almost on a minute by minute basis. The 
last live article is almost a week old.

I have basically the same problem.
I sent a note via the website yesterday.  No reply

Yes, I did the same no response either, which is surprising because something 
like this seems like it would affect quite a few people. Also, it seems that 
all articles are out of date not just those in category 19.
