missing having clause in creator #112

If one is to copy all the WHERE classes but replace with HAVING and add 

        if (isset($parsed['HAVING'])) {
            $sql .= " " . $this->buildHAVING($parsed['HAVING']);
        }
into SelectStatementBuilder.php then the ability to create queries with HAVING 
in them is restored.
