[Documentation] This integration versus the native HomeKit integration: differences, pros and cons

First of all, thanks for working on this integration. I have not used it for too long, but the fact it works as well as it does shows you (and the person you based some of the work on) put a huge amount of effort into it, so thanks a ton for this!

Having set it up and all that, I'm now wondering if I should've instead used the HomeKit integration, and I anticipate this might be something that pops up in the minds of people trying to choose how to integrate the Dirigera with Home Assistant.

Would you be able to write a small section in the README mentioning why someone would consider this over HomeKit, etc.? Sorta like a pros and cons list of this integration over HomeKit. That would be very helpful when trying to choose which one to go with.

It just pops up as an available device for pairing with HomeKit in HA and then HA tells you how to do it

Not all functions of some devices or devices are availible in Homekit, same as Matter.. also connecting this integration to HA is much easier then Homekit

I assumed that was the case. Do you know what sort of functions don't work on HK but do with this one?

Mainly missing the sensors from Starkvind, Inspelning, and some on Vindstryka.. Have HK, Matter and Dirigera platform running next to each other now, but I'm building a clean HA where I will not use HK only this platform and Matter.. also for support and new things this one is much faster then HK and Matter...
