Aligner : Unexpected immediate program exit, no result

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch ttc-term-suite-1.2.jar,generated terminology files with spotter and 
indexer (fr, en on the sample)
2.Fill indexer input data (fr and en tbx generated by indexer)
3.RUN

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Unexpected immediate program exit, no processing, no result.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ttc-term-suite-1.2.jar;tested on Windows XP SP3, Windows 7 32bits, Windows 7 64 
bits (5 machines installed independantly, tested independantly, exactly the 
same behaviour).

Please provide any additional information below.

After many tests, aligner finaly executed on Wind energy sample in French and 
English. 
It has generated an xmi file corresponding to aligner input. 
But no alignment result can be found in the xmi file .No message. 
A usable tbx file was expected.

Input  en-Wind.txt , all the term from the English terminology
result en-Wind.xmi
terminology files :en-terminology.xmi,fr-terminology.xmi

Unable to evaluate alignment.
