New package structure & E2E tests

New package structure

Moves all packages to the new package structure:

• trpc-swr -> @trpc-swr/client
• trpc-swr/infinite -> @trpc-swr/infinite
• trpc-swr/next -> @trpc-swr/next
• trpc-swr/ssg -> @trpc-swr/ssg

Unit tests

• [x] <procedure>.useSWR()
• [x] <procedure>.useSWRMutation()
• [x] SWR.mutate() with getKey
• [x] infinite.<procedure>.use()
• [x] infinite.<procedure>.useCursor()
• [x] ssg.<procedure>.fetch()
• [x] ssg.dehydrate()
• [x] unstable_serialize equality comparison with SWR.unstable_serialize

E2E Tests

Aims to fully E2E test all methods. Tests needed for PR to be merged:

• [x] <procedure>.useSWR()
• [x] <procedure>.useSWRMutation()
• [x] SWRResponse.mutate()
• [x] SWR.mutate() with getKey
• [x] <procedure>.useSWRMutation() with optimisticData
