In 2788c83, Gitea ($GITEA_URL) was down:

The issue was due to a power outage, which lasted for more than 5 hours. Current setup provides backup power for 2 hours, hence the downtime.

Resolved: Gitea is back up in 2a34ae6 after 4 hours, 31 minutes.
