Matching AmstelvarA1 belnd of avar 2axes to original #5

I am looking at the avar1 version that has been blended from the parametric axes.

Left is the original amstelvar at the indicated design space location, right is the new blend at the same location:

opsz14-wdth125-wght800

XTSP needs adjustment:

opsz14-wdth125-wght800-XTSP-

Similar needs at wdth25 wght100, (after adjustmen only shown:

opsz14-wdth125-wght100-XTSP-

And at wdth125, wght 100: Before XTRA adjustment

opsz14-wdth125-wght100

After XTRA adjustment

opsz14-wdth125-wght100-XTRAmax-XTSP+

I think this is just a different blend for both the avar1 and presumably avar2 as well.

Let me know if questions, thanks.

XTSP values adjusted in the blends file b1ce469ac00294dde1442aedcde7b0626258f05f and variable fonts rebuilt.

there were two updates to the workflow since this issue was created:

1. there is now an HTML page to compare the parametric avar2 font with the original Amstelvar. this page can be used to compare and fine-tune the values for blended extrema.

http://github.com/gferreira/amstelvar-avar2/blob/main/Proofs/avar2-original.html

2. the new values can be updated directly in the blends.json file, which is then used to rebuild the designspaces and variable fonts.
