unknown devices #11

I'm using razer viper ultimate and just today it started to display a second one and always stay at 86% All razer devices I'm now using only 1 mouse with charging dock image_2024-06-16_170939560 image_2024-06-16_171116382 image

Hey, Thanks for sharing the log! Looks like Synapse assigned a new 'handle' to your device at some point. Since there are still entries in the log with the old handle, my app now thinks you have 2 devices.

For now, you can easily resolve this by deleting your log file. This will make synapse create a new one with only the updated handle. (might need to restart synapse for this)

I'll add something in the future so that my app does not lose track of devices in this case.

thank for the advise but I deleted log file now no devices found I restarted synapse and my PC also Tried reinstall razer-taskbar any solution for this

I'm pretty sure it should catch up after a bit of time. My app should find the device again after the battery level changes. You can try opening the device's page in Razer Synapse and charge it a bit to force the battery level to change.
