Feature Request: Battery Threshold Notifications

Is it possible to add an alert feature for battery thresholds?

Proposed functionality:

• Allow setting upper and lower battery percentage limits
• Show a notification when battery reaches either threshold
• Notification should display current battery percentage

It's possible, someone just have to implement it.. :) Not planning to do this now, but I am open to pull requests.

BTW since v0.12 you can switch the battery display in the options to always show the current percentage on the icon.
