4 years ago [srkline] not entirely sure how the angle dependence will impact the calculation, or where the numbers fit in, but I think I have the equations now, just not all of the radius and path length information (more cell data to keep track of). These numbers will eventually be in the database, so I'll be able to do the correction from Nexus files.
still need to test this out to see how important it really is to do this correction.
Correct for the path length through the cell - just like our angle dependent transmission, but slightly more complicated since the windows are not flat, but convex. This will require using a different polarization matrix for each pixel on the detector, but this should not slow the calculation down too much, just tedious. Wangchun will supply the math.
