This concatenates all VSANS panels into a single .DAT file, named <filename>_COMBINED.DAT, that can be read into SasView. Existing functionality was not changed - individual panels are still saved into individual files.
No reader was added but isn't needed as long as the existing reader continues to read in the individual panels.
