2021 vs. 2017 #4

There is no official timeline at http://www.sanskrit-linguistics.org/dcs/index.php?contents=abfrage, but as per now the last update by Oliver was Version 3.0., January 2019. So dcs-data.tar is outdated.

See https://github.com/OliverHellwig/sanskrit/tree/master/dcs/data . Data is available in Google Drive (dated 2018 as of 2021.)

I'm not working on this anymore - but maintenance / contributions are welcome.
