Fix variable names #6

It is a bit hard for others to contribute to the code of this dictionary because of the idiosyncratic variable names. They're in telugu and defective sanskrit (gender mistakes etc..). I strongly suggest turning every variable name to English. I admire and share your dedication to hindu languages - but the first order of priority is to have code which is easy to understand and contribute to. Further please note that your wonderful app is as useful to a Mexican and Chinese as it is to an Indian hindu.

i already added this in readme note. i didn't think what i did is good one. that's why i added it in note. will be refactored. and they are not sanskrit. they are telugu. when i started learning, i just started naming all in telugu just for ease and fun, not just due to that much dedication : ). and that habit continued till this. i refactored major part, and only few remained as mentioned in readme.
