त्रिपाद् द्विपद् एतद्वद् --> त्रिपाद् द्विपद एतद्वद्

I am not sure whether the suggested correction should be adopted or not. Kindly elaborate further. I understand that it is metrically incorrect to have only 7 syllables.

Indeed. This seems to be simply a typo (or uncorrected OCR-mistake). See the attached scan of the relevant page of the edition, where we can clearly enough read त्रिपाद् द्विपद एतद्वद्.

Namaste,

You will have to visit website and attach the PDF or JPG etc. Attachments via mail will not get uploaded to github. So I am not able to see the page. My edition reads the way it is typed. If you refer some other edition, a page therefrom would be appreciated.

dvipada.pdf

It should be clear enough, although the scan is not very high quality, that the second word is द्विपद , not द्विपद् .

OK

Done.
