KRM footnote markup #253

An enhancement to the KRM markup (see #200) was discussed in connection with the stardict versions [see here].

This comment reserved to mark the need for the enhancement. The technical requirements are fairly well specified; basically footnote.py has to be modified.

Someone needs to step forward to carry out the modification.

If not @drdhaval2785 , nobody will. Just yesterday was exploring KRM, to find that it does not contain a Whitney form, that I documented at https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/bvparishat/_x_yvEg0vgs To read it as it is - only by Ctrl + F.
