2017 work on acc abbreviations #316

Since we are not using DigitalOcean currently, I destroyed the two droplets there -- no use to pay for something we don't use.

Before destruction, I zipped three versions of ACC directory in one of the droplets. These were last modified in 2017, and contain work Dhaval did then regarding abbreviation enhancement. Someday we may want to revisit and make use of this work. These zips are saved on the Cologne server in scans/ACCScan/2017/ directory.

Here is just one example:

For example, from the 20170830 version of acc.txt

<L>1<pc>1-001,1<k1>aMSadaSA<k2>aMSadaSA
{#aMSadaSA#}¦ <ab type="subj">jy</ab>. <ls>Rice</ls> 28.
<LEND>

Compare to current (2020-12-01) version of acc.txt:

<L>1<pc>1-001,1<k1>aMSadaSA<k2>aMSadaSA
{#aMSadaSA#}¦ jy. Rice 28.
<LEND>

From this one example, it appears that it would be quite possible to add the 2017 markup to the current version.

Then, one could create accab and accls files for storing and expanding the 'ab' values, the 'ls' values so that this information would be available in tooltips in displays.

Understood, @drdhaval2785

Would make sense.

Now the NCC is out, would be interesting to interlink as well.

http://ncc.sanskritdictionary.com/?page=44 (this version needs a password, but there is one website, where it's public allready)

NCC

The NCC link is just to an image ? So its not interactive.

Is there another html page link?

Here yes, but is fully working.

Is there another html page link?

I forgot what was the public one, need to ask again. Interested?
