Crowdsourcing `o`_vs_`O` Corrections #139

The objective is to engage the users into helping to check the files generated by the o_vs_O method, as suggested at #130.

For example, a MW List Display search for दाविकाकूल (case 748) would result in a screen such as this:

I would add that it has been included there on in year 2015. Not in mid XIX.

A prerequisite for implementing this would be some data structure (think 'strictly formatted text file') which would be consulted at display time to generate the ancillary material.

@zaaf2 Why don't you make a first version of what this data structure should look like. Just insert in a comment a couple of sample records, with indication of the meaning of the fields within those records. That will help us develop the details of this idea.
