PE - conversion of other languages to SLP1 #372

One curious observation india, greek, budDism are headwords in PE. See the wrong conversion of Buddhism to budDism.

Whether they should stay or not is a question.

Non-Sanskrit headwords in PE

First step is to identify which headwords are in which languages. We might approach this identification backwards. Compare pehw2.txt headwords with MW (or maybe hwnorm1). Mark all those found as Sanskrit. Hopefully the complementary list will be smaller and mostly comprised of the non-Sanskrit headwords.

It's obviously foolish to transform a Greek word from the IAST of PE into SLP1.

Extra logic will be required to deal with such cases. Remains to be seen how to do this.
