Std file for dicts vs PWG corrections #394

387 to #393 have corrections of various dictionaries compared with PWG.

This is the standard format file for all these combined.

VCP:ttri:attri:p

'ttri' is a wrong interpretation of alternate headword for 'atri'. Alternate corrected to 'attri' by change to vcp_hwextra.txt.
