Multiple words in headword of INM #97

As an offshoot of discussion at https://github.com/sanskrit-lexicon/CORRECTIONS/issues/95#issuecomment-93611852

The dictionary INM has peculiarity of having headword phrases or sentences even. @funderburkjim says there are 385 cases in INM where the headword from the text is given as two or more words.

Noting it as a separate issue, so that it can be tracked later on for INM and other dictionaries also.

I guess there are plenty more in others. I myself am interested only in 1 word headwords. But even Huet has around 100 two word phrases.
