Continue issue 4, cases 61-110 of Greek text in PW dictionary.

Τhese are all done. There was an unmarked Greek letter in Case 109. I marked it above as well.

I'm having a problem with the Cologne server today. When that gets resolved, I'll be able to install this PW batch, and prepare the Greek text for next dictionary for you.
