The addition goes into csl-apidev/sample/dictnames.js

You may need to refresh browser ('Ctrl-F5' for windows os), so dictnames.js will be reloaded by simple-search.

Additional steps for LRV to do:

csl-homepage (some kind of temporary visual emphasis for new dictionary?)
- then redo_xampp.sh for local
- I'll do redo_cologne.sh for Cologne server
