Exactly how the digitization pwg.txt should be altered must be considered and some markup conventions established.

The comment shows the utility of 'applying' the replacements indicated in the VN material, in particular to correct errors noted by the author in literary sources references.

Not only the text should be changed (e.g. from
<ls>AV. 6,2,5. 11,17,2.</ls>
to<ls>AV. 6,4,2. 11,6,2.</ls>
), but also some bread crumbs need to be introduced connecting the correction to the VN citation upon which the correction is based (e.g.<ls>Z. 3 lies 6,4,2. 11,6,2 st. 6,2,5. 11,17,2.</ls>
