Malten headword classifications #105

As mentioned in #104, it seems desirable to remove the <e>N headword classification field from the metalines of pw.txt.

This to be done in conjunction with this separate issue for 'searchability'.

Also will generate a mapping of these, for possible future investigation.

This task finished. The metalines with <e>N are in file pw_e_metalines.txt.
