@funderburkjim The file https://github.com/sanskrit-lexicon/PWK/blob/master/pw_ls/pwbib/diffstudy/correctionsubmission/crefminusbibsubmission.txt has been updated till the submission number 200. You may use the same file for correction processing.
Can you test why the ASvalAyana entries were not tackled in capitalization issue?
The source of abbreviations used by capmatch.py was sortedcrefs.
In this file, there is no A7c2v.c2r
but only A7c2v
(and a few other variants).
The reason is this line in 'abbrv.py':
clean = re.sub(r'.$','',clean)
So, when a given abbreviation was of form X.y (y all lower case, possibly with numbers), then abbrv.py cleaned it to 'X'.
So, capmatch never saw X.y.
Re ¯N@yuj@yuj@91092:¯N:n:Not sure
I think this is an abbreviation, possibly for 'Number'. In the 'yuj' example
¯HILLEBR.N.11,¯N.4,
The ¯N
is preceded by a comman. If it were a separate reference, it would have been preceded by a period, I think. This example is further confusing, since HILLEBR.N. is a separate abbreviation in pwbib.
There are 5 cases of ,¯N.
, and I'll recode them as `,N.'
Two other cases of ¯N.
are slightly different.
hw = varRABiDAna
¯C2A7C2VATA.XI., ¯N.2. => ¯C2A7C2VATA.XI,N.2.
hw = visukalpa
¯N.PR. ‹eines Fürsten.› => ‹N.pr. eines Fürsten.›
¯VARA7H.BR2H.S.S@antaHpura@antaHpura@5167:¯VARA7H.BR2H.S.S:n:Seite issue
I think this is ok, in the sense that it is recognized as abbreviation VARA7H.BR2H.S
, which is in pwbib:
VARA7H.BR2H.S. == VARA7HAMIHIRA'S BR2HATSAM5HITA7 (KERN).
However, in the 6 matches, there are some 'Z' errors, such as
hw = antaHpura
¯VARA7H.BR2H.S.S.7 ‹Z.› ¯5.6. => ¯VARA7H.BR2H.S.S.7,Z.5.6.
Will finish analysis tomorrow.
Z.
could mean the line number.
HILLEBR.N. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alfred_Hillebrandt
Re ¯HEM.Pr.Gr
There are 7 instances:
Re ¯WILSON
8 cases, handled as follows:
; 1 ¯WILSON,Sel.W. (in pwbib)
; 1 ¯WILSON,Sel.Spec. (in pwbib)
; 4 ¯WILSON (no work specified). add to pwbib_new as author
; 1 ¯WILSON,SA7M5KHJAK add to pwbib_new as variant of SA7M5KHJAK
; 1 ¯DAC2AK.3,1 ‹(ed.› ¯WILSON => ¯DAC2AK.ed.WILSON.3,1 new resource.
