“nach Wilson.” = “according to Wilson.” No other reference. Impossible to identify the work.
all such cases quote the dictionary itself, always http://www.sanskrit-lexicon.uni-koeln.de/scans/WILScan/2014/web/webtc/indexcaller.php @zaaf2 - a dictionary itself becomes a source.

can this issue be closed now?
There are eleven occurrences of WILSON in pw.txt. They need to be examined separately. He seems to have edited a lot of books. Whether the work referred to is noted in pwbib0.txt or not needs a separate examination.
