We need to markup the it markers with some tag.

Andhrabharati commented 3 years ago

Good conclusion.

Pl. consider the uN (uNadi) marking as well.

These are used in the vyutpatti of substantatives in the Skt. language.

And this exercise is to be done in VCP as well.

And it is not out of place here to say that VCP has all these well defined in its front pages. It can be the starting point for the exercise.

Speaking of this, this VCP front portion that csl-doc contains is not full and also not properly arranged.

I gave some of those pages to Chandrasekharan R sometime back on private mail. (The issue can be found under VCP)

Andhrabharati commented 3 years ago

This was what I told Chandrasekharan while giving him the text portion.

It may be noted that one has to proofread the Tirupati typed matter once as it is full of errors; I am confident about the correctness of the portions I did.

As you were mentioning that you could do so, pl. correct the errors in the attached first portion लिङ्गानुशासनं. [Also attaching a good readable scan of the front pages.]

As I was not in immediate need of it, I did not correct it myself and kept aside to do it at a later time. Otherwise I would've done it all myself.

Once you finish this, or if you want all of them now itself, I can send you the other portions as well.

@drdhaval2785 Probably now we can fill this portion together. Like to put in your hand? If yes, I can share the text with you to do some proofing.

drdhaval2785 commented 3 years ago

Sure. We will fill this together. But currently I am doing VAC vs VCP corrections. Will take this up once I complete the corrections.

Andhrabharati commented 3 years ago

Good to listen back from you.

The two pratyaya portions (it and uN) are in just 15pp. of VCP.

I would have done those in no time, but did not do so as I have no pressing need to have them in text form.

Was not aware of.

Andhrabharati commented 3 years ago

seems you mostly ask something, but then do not go through the responses properly.

just to remind you, https://github.com/sanskrit-lexicon/VCP/issues/3#issuecomment-847743548

it was not the issue at csl-doc, but at vcp itself.

Andhrabharati commented 3 years ago

BTW, the SKD front pages also contain some useful info, but even otherwise it should be there as a csl-doc.

The wiki-source of SKD has those pages typed, but has some typos.

I guess I should spend a little time to proofread both VCP and SKD front pages and contribute to Cologne for public use.
