bulk handling of part of backlog #90

There are too many pending corrections in cfr.tsv to handle in the 'normal' way. This issue to note this and provide documentation to handle Most of this backlog.

The last user correction remained at 28th May, when you had splitted it into two parts.

Did no one report any error after that? Not even @aumsanskrit, who has been posting almost daily!! Or is it that the splitting has impacted the file updating in some manner?

These user corrections seem not to be automatically updated in the cfr.tsv file, but only against some script running!
