Add 'Go' button for tablets #14

An email from a user Lisa explained a problem:

Is it possible to add an "enter" or "go" button the the input area of the 
Inflected forms website? Or is there another way I could solve my problem?

The Inflected forms website has always worked well on Chrome on Windows 11 
from a laptop --- 
but I have had issues using a Samsung mobile device. I've been 
able to get around those issues by switching browsers and keyboards 
--- until now. 
Here's the problem:

Upon typing a word, I cannot get any results, because I have no way to hit
 "enter" or "go" or anything. 
There is a "next" button on the keyboard, but that does not trigger any 
response.  No results are provided.

'Go' button added.
For a laptop, pressing 'Enter' in the 'word' field still works the same as before. But now pressing the 'Go' button also works.
I've tested this with Chrome Browser on Samsung Galaxy Tab A.
