Huet data verb usage

Have continued the process of integrating inflected verb forms from Huet's published data; this was begun for aorist and perfect tenses begun in #4 and #6.

Currently this includes:

• present tense, imperfect tense, imperative, and optative for classes 1-10, active and middle voice.
  • There are also some additional verbs (primarily the additional MW genuine roots) in classes 1-4 that are not among the Huet verbs. These relatively simple inflections are computed.
• passive voice conjugations for present, imperfect , imperative, and optative tenses
• future, periphrastic future, benedictive, conditional, injunctive aorist tenses.

The final data are in the tables_*.txt files in directory verbs/pysanskritv2/manual, such as tables_fut.txt.
