Declension of cardinals

Numerous (40+) cardinal number declensions were noticed to be missing.

This was because of their presence in stems_problem.txt.

The solution was to comment out (or remove) these '_card' lines from stems_problem file.

Incidentally, the declension tables for cardinals are 'hard-coded' in decline_card_data.txt .

This display shows that the declension of daSan (10) is now available.
