I dont know what you want to say. Devanagari rendering is based on indic transliteration package.
वि/श्व—रूप
https://github.com/indic-transliteration/common_maps/blob/daa0566e3a9d819fa948dc2a66cd91a91225019c/roman/slp1_accented.toml#L85 maps "꣡" = "/"
. So, it should've been वि꣡श्व. Are you saying that indic transliteration later converted it to the conventional notation विश्व॑ ?
I use 'slp' as transliteration system, and not 'slp_accented'. This may explain the difference.
https://github.com/indic-transliteration/common_maps/blob/daa0566e3a9d819fa948dc2a66cd91a91225019c/roman/slp1.toml does not have any accents at all. You must be using some obsolete code. Please update and correct.
I was using version 2.3.13. Upgraded to 2.3.17.
of https://github.com/sanskrit-lexicon/csl-ldev/blob/main/v02/mw/201273.txt which is rendered as
would be better rendered as
विश्व꣡—रूप
। The ꣡ mark is widely used in sAmaveda to represent udAtta, whereas ॑ is usually taken to represent svarita.
