Vedic accents in pwkvn_deva version, and the <ls> entries #854

Just had a close look at the pwkvn_deva file, as converted by @funderburkjim.

  1. It has "wrong" conversions for the B. & R. accent marks ('/' udAtta & '^' svarita), though they are proper in the online data (probably different transliteration files are used in the two processes).

  2. Had marked all the <ls> entries more "completely formed", and also the "orphan" numbers related to <ls> items. Now, my file has more unique entries than the CDSL version (as at my versions of the PWG and pwk earlier; though Jim had considered my pwk file, he did not yet seem to have a chance to see my PWG data).

Probably Jim might find this useful to update in his file, so posting my file here for his perusal-- pwkvn (AB).txt [Note. I had removed the <althws> lines throughout.]

BTW, I have revised the <ls> marking in pwk as well, to have more "complete forms" for linking to the cited texts. Now my pwk file version is 9 (pw_AB_09), updated over the ver. 8 done by Jim.

If @funderburkjim is convinced, (looking at the pwkvn data in my file above), about having these "complete" forms, I shall post my pw_AB_09 file also for his perusal.

These are obsolete now, as I have made both the files (pw and pwkvn) afresh again.

Thus closing the issue, as this did not attract @funderburkjim for an year now.
