make_xml in distinctfiles renamed #18

It was noticed (see #16 ) that make_xml.py is now treated as a template, rather than as a distinct file. Thus, it was confusing to have the distinctfiles/xxx/make_xml.py files sitting around. To reduce this confusion, for each dictionary xxx, distinctfiles/xxx/make_xml.py was renamed to distinctfiles/xxx/unused_make_xml.py

This occurs in commit fa80a83.

At some later time, we can probably delete the various distinctfiles/xxx/unused_make_xml.py.
