Hariv. 2227 and 12360 in MW #23

Can we weed out the and between 2227 and 12360 out? Should it not have a bit different markup, so we can catch the numbers later?

The markup in question is <ls>Hariv. 2227 and 12360</ls> This could be changed to

The 2nd alternate would be easier to work with later, but it would be a print change.

I count 1909 instances where 'and' occurs in an <ls>.

Do we want to undertake the task of changing all these?

If so, which markup do we want to change to ?

Who is volunteering to do the detailed changes?

As a proof of concept. Because for the next 40-50 years interlinking will become a big issue and you can show a way in a day I will follow for years to come.
