Bug re the <per> tag #37

Patrick Stiles reported an error in the displays for Grassman dictionary. For certain searches (e.g. search for 'as' in basic display), the returned display was empty (not 'Not found', but empty!).

This turns out to be a problem only in the MD and GRA dictionaries, and is related to use of the <per> tag in place of the <pe> tag for 'person'. See https://github.com/sanskrit-lexicon/csl-pywork/issues/32

basicdisplay.php is revised to properly handle this new \ tag. See commit 1f4afb link above.

Bug now squashed.
