Why no re-centering arrow in list display (for MW)?

In the simple search display (for MW) there are recentering arrows for different homonyms.

Note that in this display, there are little arrows in the right-pane. If we click on the lower one (page 1057), then the list pane will be recentered:

But there is no recentering in the list display.

Several changes to the display functions in this csl-websanlexicon repository will return this functionality to the mw list display.

Now the list display works as intended: The UI is present (note Ctrl-F5 might be needed to reload the new Javascript and css in your browser).
