Last modifications made:

Creation of app_ui and app_server functions.
The application in inst/ is based directly on the app_ui and app_server functions.
The application is explicitly integrated into the package (direct use of internal package functions).

To do: sort out the functions, remove those that are copy-paste from sanssouci and do not export the internal functions.

Found the following calls to data() loading into the global environment: File ‘IIDEA/R/app_server.R’: data(NULL) data(NULL) data(NULL) data(req(object_I())) data(object) See section ‘Good practice’ in ‘?data’.
