Fill window with content without resizing content

User should be able to change the window size without changing the size of the content in the window. Instead, more or less content should be revealed as the window changes size.

Partially completed: The window resize no longer distorts content. Now I just need to expand the drawing area so that it's generally large enough/seamless if you expand past the full size.
