switch use of FORMATTER_DICT to PROMPT_FIELDS #3

the use of PROMPT_FIELDS prints a DeprecationWarning to the shell each time the user hits .

Example:

~   master *  repos  xonsh 2.2m  Sun 8 Jan 13:41:06 2017 PendingDeprecationWarning: FORMATTER_DICT is an alias of PROMPT_FIELDS and will be removed in the next release PendingDeprecationWarning: FORMATTER_DICT is an alias of PROMPT_FIELDS and will be removed in the next release

Thanks for helping but the fix was already waiting to be merged in PR #2
