What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch the NPR 2.0 Beta 1 app.
2. Scroll to a story with HTML in the mini teaser
3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Either the HTML markup should be stripped, or processed. Instead, I see the raw
HTML.
For example, in the Morning Edition story from 9 March 2011, "Capitol Hill
Lawmakers Pressured to Cut Deficit," the mini teaser reads "Ari Shapiro checks
in with David Wessel of<em> The Wall Street Journa<em>l to discu..." Either the
<em> take should be processed (making the test italic), or removed, but I
shouldn't see the <em> tags. See the attached screenshot -- the affected area
is highlighted in the red box.
Also, the makrup is inaccurate, since it includes the leading space before
"The" and doesn't include the "l" in Journal, but this is a side issue.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0 Beta 1 on Android 2.3.3
