Move to Cake Contrib #9

Is it possible to move this repo to https://cakebuild.net/community/cake-contrib so it is possible with the community to extend the Helm extension e.g. with Cake Install

@santey I wanted to reach out again regarding this issue, as there has been another request to get this addin updated.

Is moving this repository into the Cake-Contrib Organisation something that you would consider?
