Ignore empty notifications #103

Add new "ignore empty notifications" app specific feature. so it can be enbled 
to stop appearance of duplicated calendar entries for calendar app.

The option will ignore notification when it has an empty ticker text (the text 
that appears on the status bar when notification appears)
This way it will be able to ignore meaningless notifications like the calendar 
first notification.

v1.0.5 should solve all of the duplicates.
