What is the bug? Seeing stock lock screen for a Few seconds before WidgetLocker 
lock screen which rarely happened before update. 
What is your device model? S3
what android version are you using?4.1.2

Try to remove the widget from WidgetLocker and put something else.
see if it still occurs - it seems like a WidgetLocker issue.

it probably caused by the same delay issue.
